Chef Antonio García
Antonio García is the Co-Owner and Executive Chef at LeVibrant Private Chef/Catering Cuisine! As Executive Chef, ‘Tony’ is responsible for bringing all craft culinary visions to fruition, in addition to directing day-to-day operations and business development ventures, including but not limited to LeVibrant PV, brand partnerships, catering, banquets, and sister company Bon Appetit Kitchen.


He also leads the culinary team in developing and executing a frequent rotation of new specialty meals. Tony was, quite literally, raised in the business. He has mastered every position in the industry, beginning as a dishwasher and helper, before eventually making his way into the kitchen, where we strongly feel he belongs. He discovered his passion for culinary arts there, absorbing advice and knowledge like a sponge. Throughout all these years, he built an impeccable career in Puerto Vallarta and the Riviera Nayarit hotel industry. At 25, his talents took him to the esteemed position of Sous Chef at Mariscos Tinos. “I chose to learn cooking because I’m passionate about creating dishes and evoking emotions, bringing back old memories or creating new ones for guests,” Chef Tony says. “For me, cooking and serving flavors, colors, and textures is an act of love.” Chef Tony’s unique culinary style seamlessly blends Mexican spices, with a special fondness for garlic and chillis. His favorite ingredients to incorporate into his dishes are the aromatic coconut sprouts and fragrant fresh seasonal fruits from our region like mango. Through his creations, he celebrates tradition while infusing his personal touch, ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest.
