Everything was made from scratch and was loaded with authentic Mexican flavor.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday yesterday with an excursion on the bay, and we had the pleasure of having Liz from LeVibrant PV handle the catering. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and delightful. Liz provided us with an incredible list of appetizers to choose from, and honestly, we couldn’t pick a favorite because everything was outstanding.
The tuna ceviche was fresh and flavorful, the meatballs stuffed with cheese were a hit, and the mini kebabs were perfectly cooked. The guacamole was great, and the fruit skewers made for a refreshing morning treat. Chef Tony truly outdid himself with the preparation of every dish.
